Refund Policy

Your deposit for a trip books you a spot on your selected trip and is non-refundable.

Your payment for an event secures you admission for that selected event and is non-refundable.

All payments to Lesbifriends Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. Lesbifriends Travel has contractual agreements with various vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your trip.

While all payments are non-refundable, we will give you a 3-day grace period from the time you book your trip to review the Terms and Conditions and if you would like to cancel, you may do so without penalty and for a full refund. In certain situations, and with enough lead up time, we may be able to transfer you from one trip to another, however, this is a courtesy on a case-by-case basis, not a guarantee. Any trip insurance that is purchased for any trip is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Payment Arrangements

When you book a trip, you will be signed up for monthly automatic payments. If you would prefer to make manual payments, please email hello@lesbifriendstravel.com and we will switch you to manual payments or another automatic payment plan that works for all parties.

If there is any outstanding balance by the final payment due date, a late fee will automatically be added to your balance 3 days after your final due payment date.

All prices listed are per person based upon shared or single room occupancy unless otherwise clearly specified. Prices do not include items of a personal nature such as tips, laundry, water, beverages (including water), food (other than at all-inclusive resorts or where clearly specified), passport and visa fees, insurance, and foreign port taxes unless specifically indicated in the package inclusions.

Travel Protection

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Lesbifriends Travel requires you to have travel insurance for any trip you take with us. Your premium is related to your trip cost, so you don’t have to worry about being over-insured. We want to make your travel experience seamless, so sign up and we will get a travel insurance policy for you or we can provide you with a no obligation quote. If you opt not to go with our preferred travel insurance provider, you are required to get your own and proof of insurance may be requested before the trip.
